Is There a Time That's Too Early to Apply?
You just want to be realistic and set yourself up for some things that seem like they would probably be a good fit on both sides. If their hiring is open, there really t a time that's too early to submit. You should just do it through their online system. That is the way they evaluate you. So emailing the recruiter directly, well, just lead them to be annoyed and tell you to submit youra ton through the online system.
