The Evolution of the Coaching Model

Patricia: When did you start to coach and how many people have we impacted with our coaching programs since then? David: It was actually 24 years ago, not to be a nitpicker, but it was 1998 that we ran the first coach training program. There's over 25,000 graduates of that program now around the world. Patricia: A lot of the ideas that we evolved for that program have been woven into the work that we do at scale,. which was like 5 million people last year.
