I don't know if PPC works that well. And it's certainly a diminishing returns too because the Zillows and Redfins of the world are using PPC. I just, you know, I think it's a race to the bottom for a little guys. It's very hard to predict. You know, not like e-commerce where you can track that sale right through the checkout. Yeah. If somebody wants to buy a $7 million home, I might pay a few bucks to Google to get in front of that lead. I would. But those people are far and few between and in most markets, maybe Southern California.
