Potatoes are a low calory density food, a great source of fibre. Whole grained pastas and baked breads good to millet. Fruit is wonderful, frozen, fresh. I don't recommend fruit juices because they're missing the fibre,. So stick with real fruit. And then any kind of lagoom, you know, black beans, chick peas, pinto beans. Try a black bean burger, or try a hamma casedia, oror try a bowl of a bean soup. There's so many different combinations that its not boring. Id love that you keep coming back to simplicity. Because just thinking back to all the time tat i tried to lose
