The Importance of Meditation
I remember the first time's doing it that you're sitting there and going after a few seconds, but I just need to get up or like you start thinking about things all the time. And then somebody said to me, look, the point is to allow the thoughts to just pass through and try and find centered calmness. And now it feels much more natural and easier to do. It's still difficult, but I do notice that the big change for me is that I used to be driving a car and somebody'd cut you up and you'd react in some way. Now I'm much better at saying I'm not going to react. I'm going to respond. So every day
