What the Profanity in the TV Series?

Before i wrote about charley utter, he was just a dot. I turned him into a major character of my book. And then they made charley exactly the same way i did,. Only they gave him an english accent so that you wouldn't know they'd stolen it. When the series came out, nobody would do anything. They can say it's all historical, and so it's just a coincidence. But they'd have a hard time explaining the way charley utter is so prominent in their show because in the history of the west, before i wrote about him, he wasjust a dot.
