A lot of our customer base wants more steak options. We really, you know, we sell quarters, abs and holes just like Jason. And that box program has given us the opportunity to allow them to try things such as the pecania or the tri tip or bevet, terrace major. These are all great cuts that traditionally are turned into ground beef.
