How to Form Communities of Whole Adult Humans
Mature people will have their own point of view. Auteur people might already know things that we haven't told them. It's way harder to learn how to be a community of wholeness and kindness together when everyone has a voice because you've got to do a whole heap more work. What's much easier is when only one person has a voice or if there's only one voice and language to speak with. And so we want to keep people in a place of relying and depending upon us or me for everything that they're going to believe or think or work out in this kind of sphere.
