What Are the Gluco Spikes in the Global Diet?

Every time we eat something sweet, it goes even faster than when we eat something starchy. In things that are sweet, you don't just have gluccos, you also have fractos. And fractos licates things even faster than glucos. So i recommend people switch to savoury breakfast that contains nothing sweet except whole fruit for taste and then dessert after lunch or dinner. That way you can still enjoy them, but you help your body process all this food in a much better way - not suffer big luco spikes.
