How to Deal With Trauma
Second Samuel 12 to 20 are some of the most underread sections of the Old Testament. David does seem to be very distant he's not parenting well there's a lot of crazy stuff going on in that chapter because he's trying to process his grief without having processed them and it turns his life into a mess. If you feel apathy your response to that needs to be to understand it's part of the process and to keep working towards becoming healthy again and manage that pain in a in a healthy way what would you counsel somebody listening?
