How to Overcome Deliberate Practice in a Sales Call
When you say to people, like, look, come in and you're going to practice the opening or whatever objection handling, but expect to fail. That's the implicit assumption here of deliberate practice. But how do you get people around that? Because for a high-performing, usually A-type salesperson, that's like, what the hell do you mean? I'm not interested in that. So this is a key, key part of learning culture and all the stuff that we do as well.
