The Importance of Shooting in 1917
The weather must have been difficult because there's so much sky and water. How did you deal with that? No, I think the philosophy was you just shoot. In 1917, it was like, doesn't matter. Just go shoot. But the good thing is, is they both enjoyed the film. That's the main thing. And on the whole, obviously there's things that a keen eye will spot. There was just no room for weather. It was like the weather and shit were going to... but it worked to their advantage.
