The World Health Organization has declared the coronavirus outbreak of pandemic. Miriam Haley, one of the accusers, stood before the court today and talked about what she had gone through. Pandemic is not a word to use lightly or carelessly. It's confirming more than 120,000 cases in 114 countries on six continents.
