So if you look at what customer success is in this evolution, which is the taught leaders the trusted advisor sometimes having some of the commercial conversations to see the sale to wrap up. But then you want to be able as a customer success manager to teal the sales rep to find and and trust in the opportunities so they don't spend their time on tea and cake or all of that.
