Building a Team Around You
The team has, i think, 15 people right now. Within that group of 15, there's kind of two departments. One is architecturea one's interior design. So it's a 15 x multiplier fom just me. But in the grand scheme of, you know, start explanatial growth, it's minisc rightbut i think what a lot of people agree as that 15 is a great number. It's a great sized team. And i think you have the ric' energy, and you have the right kind of studio culture right now. so it's really great.
