Constraints Led Approach to Coaching

Dr Stephen Harvey, Dr Nikki Hodges and Dr Keith Lowe. spent some time on the sports site show I'm packing games based approaches for instance with Dr Stephen Harvey we've perhaps spoken about approaches that might be construed as slightly different to other approaches. So again a question for all three of you and perhaps this could spark a bit of a conversation here what is a constraints based approach? What repercussions are there for my session design if I engage in a constraints constraints led approach in my coachingYeah so I suppose the first thing to say on a constraints led approach to coaching is that a lot of coaches are actually doing this already perhaps without even realizing that that's what they're doing.
