The number one hack, or the first hack you mention, is to set an agenda. It gets our minds ready to this is what we're pointed at. I d it let's ramblers knowhen they're rambling exactly. Two, respect the clock. You get a lot of people in the room. And so i think, just as a matter of courtesy, you should respect your peers by being efficient with your communication.
