A lot of people would say it's political. How do you counter those suspicions that it's always a political decision? At the end of the day, any decision that the Commission takes is subject to the scrutiny of the European Court of Justice. The other stereotype here about the EU-Generated European Commission and particularly something like the legal services is that it's very bureaucratic. I mean, what would you say to that? You look shocked. But this is not about bureaucracy, it's also about making sure that the law is respected and that decisions that are taken comply with the legal procedures.
