The Strong Theory of Broken Windows Policing

If you ignore the street disorder like broken windows, if there's a building abandoned building and all the windows are broken out by teenage thugs. And so they'll be more likely to litter or do graffiti or, or steal. So the strong theory is you allow this disorder to spread it will bring more crime. And if you take care of it. You take care of higher levels of crime. It works that way. But even without that strong theory of broken windows and the great chain of criminal offending but the reason it's a moral necessity.
