Is Category Theory the Mathematics of Mathematics?

Sally Kohn: I'm from the very applied end of math. But I did have exposure to category theory in the final year of my undergraduate training. It can seem that you need to know those advanced fields in mathematics in order to see what category theory is doing, but it's a converse error says Kohn. And so some people understand other parts of mathematics via category theory and others don't.
