The Importance of Exercise for Depression and Anxiety

For both depression and anxiety when you looked at the session frequency, so how many times per week they exercise, it stood out to me that the four to five sessions, which you guys classified as the medium frequency, significantly outperformed both the low frequency and the higher frequency. So we think that the reason we found that sort of moderate amount of sessions a week, rather than sort of exercising every day, we think it's just more manageable. Trying to exercise every day of the week can become unmanageable and difficult for them to fit in. It's just the fact that too many sessions a week is just too difficult for a lot of people to fit into their daily lives.
