Law Enforcement Officers Have a Duty to Respond
A swat team takes about an hour to assemble. If there was a real call of two people shot, a man with a gun, they'd have to respond now. And if those two officers are the only ones in the area, they have to come now,. They have to force entry and make sure everything's ok. That that speaks to the bravery of law enforcement officers.
