The Great D-Stocking
The Great D-stocking is being driven by higher-antist rates, creating an inability to hold physical oil and inventory or metal. Since last March until now, they've discharged globally between France, US, and a little bit out of China, 250 million barrels of Strategic Petroleum Reserves. In the metals, you're at that point where there is pretty much nothing left to destock.
