Roxanne Jones: My mental model is retail gets the big ideas. So meaning like your smart software developer in Ohio who like lives and breathes code all day gets why a blockchain field, right? In a way that a banker in New York doesn't. And so they get the macro. They get self driving cars. They get AI. They get the Macro. Micro is very hard because they don't have the diligence teams. It's easy to get caught in this up and down herd mentality cycle of markets. But one that I think is directionally long term correct, but chaotic in the short term.
