Zigzag: Break projects down into baby steps to the point where it seems silly not to keep moving forward with them. BetaTester Catherine wrote that she was intimidated at the notion of assigning deadlines for her action items. But can I just say, those of you who have trouble with follow through, it's not going to be easy or perfect but don't talk yourself out of trying. Just because you're good at something does not mean you have to do it.
