The Effects of Job Assistance Interventions on the Labor Market
Young people who went through the vocational training were more likely than untrained workers to be employed. However, when it comes to the job assistance intervention, we do not really see any divergence in terms of labor market outcomes immediately after the interventions take place. We see that these changes in the way in which workers search for jobs are going to affect the labor market outcomes in the long run.
