The Power of Deliberation in Interviews

The first interview is to determine whether or not we should spend more time with these people. There's going to be a second interview where you're going to dive deeper into certain things. And that might go an hour and a half or two hours. So for people who are interviewing with us, we just gave the answers to the test. there's no way you can game this interview. We're going to get to the facts and we're going to dig into stuff to see if you're a very good fit for us and we're a good fit for you. I'm over... I don't love everybody anymore.
