Because when you're in a day when i myself am in a desperate place where i feel like i have to scrap, i become a different person," she says. "We forget how important it can change your whole viewpoint of how important mine set is to everything we do." 'It's difficult to sort of take care of yourself when you're kind of struggling just to meet the needs of what you have to have met,' she adds.
