Video Consults Are Better Than Face to Face Consultations

Video consults don't actually solve any big problems in health care. They just give the patient another channel to the doctor, says Dr Ravi Agrawal. But they're good consultations that help us do things earlier and stop people from going into hospitals or dying ar er ander. And because of that convenience, there's also higher touch points - which is often looked at as a negative thing by doctors.
