Seafood provides nearly 20 percent of the animal protein humans consume globally. Ninety-four or five percent of our fisheries are either maximally fished, meaning that's it, that's all we can get and it's sustainable. Fortunately, finless foods and other sustainable seafood startups are working to bring sustainably driven innovation to the seafood space.
