How to Get Into the Ice Bath and Feel Good

Mike: I think for people that are trying to get off screens and, you know, move away from drinking alcohol as a way to sort of unwind or feel different, cold immersions can be a great tool for that. Sometimes when I'm craving a glass of wine or it's been a stressful day and I want some whiskey, instead I will just go nice bath. And afterwards, I'm like, I feel so great. I don't need those substances that will compromise the health of my brain to feel good. So much healthier than drinking the wine.
