career counseling can be so wonderful. You finally have somebody to have that feeling with if despair comes up. If shame comes up. A lot of people though it's excitement and it's like okay, I'm ready to do it. It's kind of reflect on your whole life and say wow, my choice has got me here. Okay, but I'm doing all right. I'm going to make some changes. That's a really scary part to be in.
