Areas of Criminalization and the Justification for Punishment

This chapter discusses the different areas in which states tend to criminalize things, from harm to others to harm to oneself. The speakers explore the justification for criminalizing certain acts and debate the conditions and constraints that should be in place for criminal law to be justified.
