The Key Agent Property in Human Longevity Is Resilience

In order to understand human longevity, it's essential to study human aging. There are just things about the way that humans grow old that are unique to us or at least unique to animals that have a long period of dynamic stability and resilience. In order to find meaningful drug targets, we're going to have to study that process. We can't just study a short lived animal like a mouse which is basically in some sense born old because they're born without resilience. They live a non resilient life throughout their entire lifespan.
