Are We Listening to Lived Experience?

i think people have been listening to lived experience far longer than c r t was invented. And i i think it's important to listen to lived experience 100% but if you're going to do that, be consistent with it. Cause when you see some one like me share my lived experience, or when you see a lot of other africans,  why are we not listening to that as well? I guess it depends on what youre hat question you're asking. Bu, but a kind of a difference between a the african immigrant like yourself and somebody who has been here for several generations.
