The way that we ride a bike is through experiential learning its experience. You need to have higher order abilities after you practice which is anticipating potholes and bumps or writing defensively in traffic. Now then you have your mindsets. Is it about just transportation, or do you think about riding a bike as a social activity, or as adventure? And if you think about rode a bike differently, you actually start using the bike in new ways and it opens up opportunities. So there's a line of sight oftentimes between mindset ability and then you know how practical skills.
