It's very hard to make that distinction if you don't have clarity around what the broader objective is. And in some ways, it feels like that broader objective is becoming less about me directly. The line as become kind of more squiggly. There's a business to be grown here, and it's goingh to take time, and there's lots of steps involved,. An there's going to be in a winding path. Eventually, it wil all the success that i have personally in my career is directly linked to that. It just may be not as straight a line as it used to be.
