I think you should definitely talk to your early customers or early beta users or your early like testers of your product and try to incorporate them into your launch because they did the same thing with indie hackers. I ask people to reply in Twitter and then I will DM them manually but people have been doing this for a while maybe they send an email in the beginning a few days earlier or a week earlier to announce their launch and then after they launch people jump in.
