I would say just simplifying simplifying things have just like really helped and so You know making I used to think if I wanted a smoothie in the morning It had to be like all the vegetables. Now I like every day I can keep up with like protein powder and you know ice And I can do that and I can have protein and like my workouts I Simplified into just like workout A and workout B and I just rotate them. Yeah, why the hell are the women always the ones feeling guilty about that, right? Like a guy would never think twice about oh my god. I've got laundry like they probably wouldn't even do it themselves ever, okay? Right and everybody
