The Importance of Choosing the Right Markets
I would say that I focus more on urban markets. All of my properties, all 20 units are within a 15 minute drive. My buy box is super laser focused on Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You can don't feel like you have to go somewhere to like Nashville or these like big huge cities people have heard of. There's millionaires in every single market. Don't get stuck on the glamor of what everybody else is doing.
