Carven Omissions - What's Triving That Consensus?
Transportation is the number one or emitting carbon in the country, more so than the power grid. 90 % of those emissions are from on road transportation, the 270 million cars, trucks and buses. Every mile a gasolene vehicle drives on the road is emitting about a pound of carbon,. So it does matter what's being emitted out of the tail pipe of these vehicles. And of course, it matters how the energy is being produced to charge these vehicles.
