How Long Ago Was It That Mike Kerridge Died?
Mike Kerridge died when he was 18, 31 years ago. He had multiple sclerosis which taxed a nervous system and left him bedridden. I first found out that he had it when I was about nine or ten. So over that eight-year period, but I imagine he must have had it for two or three years beforehand. We didn't even know about as young kids. It's... I think it comes from when parents know something about other parents and then, you know, and kids are rubbish at keeping secrets, aren't they? Very rubbish, yeah, yeah.
