Mental health is probby top of that list, because we end up with high stress environments and panic attacks. And i think for a lot of high achieving people, we tend to prioritize our schedule rather than scheduling our priorities. It's because we we kind of put those things on the back burner. We have to give time to recharge our battery. Otherwise we're starting our days maybe at forty percent or 50% rather than getting back to that hundred per cent where we can show up each and every day in the capacity that we want.
