One of the things that I really love about this job to be done framework is that it can help you in different stages. For example, one of my favorite stories is I like the way house nickers moved away from competing with Milky Way and went with the story of you're not yourself when you're hungry. That's more of a marketing application. Makes sense. They actually be very understanding. It literally got rid of basically cancellations by like 70, 80%. Wow. And if you want to start another one, you can just turn it back on and start another project.
