If you knew what was in your inbox, it wouldn't be an inbox anymore. It would just be unprocessed stuff. The thing that makes an inbox so herring for most of us is that we don't know if anything is in there. And then once we know what's in there, we haven't made a decision about what to do with it. We allow so many things into our life that we have an uncertain relationship with.
