The EU's Working Group on Russia's Damages to Ukraine

The EU has finally put together a working group, partly just to start figuring out what are the exact amounts. Some governments are now starting to publish numbers. There is a pretty strong political commitment to saying that we'll make Russia pay. So far, really only one exception, there hasn't been a strong commitment to say we will actually seize this money and finance Ukraine's reconstruction with it. Canada is of course a very close friend of Ukraine.
