Halo Servers for Car Instances?

Some games, depending on how they're structured needs to do it that way. I don't know how or what it is, because I'm not a dev. But at the end of the day, it seems like it's been some kind of engineering decision to have it this way. They should probably come out and tell people what that reason is. Well, that won't do it, because these are game developers we're talking about. Sure. There's just no transparency.
