The Importance of a Sports Mascot
A sports mascot ranks higher than the average person in terms of status. They're physically distanced, you're on a field. You often probably have a barrier between you and the audience. And there's a certain cartoon esque-ness. It's like you don't care when Deppie Duck gets shot in the face with a shotgun. There's definitely an element of that carried over into the mascot world. So ultimately, I think Andrew needs to become a sports mascot.
