So unlocking the intellectual potential of places like Africa of overall areas that don't currently have internet access. That's like humanitarian 101 is give people access to information. You can see a world where, oh, this is so cheap, we'll just launch like 50 James Webb Space Telescope size telescopes this year for half the price of doing it on Earth," he said.
