The Importance of Faith in Panic Disorders
panic attacks can be triggered by a variety of conditions and situations including the presence of a mood disorder such as anxiety or depression but also extreme stress over a long period of time. Symptoms, fast breathing, severe perspiration, trembling, nausea, dizziness, numbness, tingling, chills, sensation of heat and then an increased heart rate. The big thing is extreme fear that there may be feelings of disconnect from yourself completely disconnected from who you are. And so we have to make lifestyle changes if we're going to treat a panic attack like trying to avoid events and settings where symptoms are more likely to occur.
